CoTEQ is committed to provide a professional and pleasant service experience to all its customers and we have a very transparent and customer friendly policy on refunds and cancellation of any services order.

To initiate any refund you can inform your case to refunds and cancellation department on toll free number 844-837-4562 ( 10 AM EST to 7 PM EST) or write to CARE@COTEQ.QUANTM.COM

The standard time to process a refund is within 24 working hours of signing the online refunds agreement, however please note most banks take 2 to 3 days to credit the customer account after we have processed the same.

Customers are advised to read the following carefully before claiming a refund.

All Onsite support service can be cancelled and complete refund claimed if a formal cancellation is done at least six hours before engineers planned visit. In case the engineers visit is delayed beyond 2 hours of committed time without information and your consent then the same can be canceled anytime without any payments.

Please note if the engineer has visited and system can not be repaired due to your unavailability then a minimum $ 79.99 will be charged and any additional amount paid you will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Onsite Services orders are Services Only Contracts and do not include any parts replacement if any parts are found to be defective.
  • No refunds can be claimed if any change requests are made in less than 6 hours of technicians planned visit or during or after technicians visit.
  • However, if you feel that the primary issue reported at the time of service order is not resolved as per your expectation, you can get a revisit arranged by calling us on the toll-free number at no additional cost to you.

Customers can avail a full refund of services amount excluding any amount paid for software ( if license is installed and activated ) or any hardware, if the technicians are not able to address the primary issue reported during the first 15 days of services contract start date.

However in case the Primary problem is resolved, however remaining period of subscription is not required then amount payable would be $ 99.99 and for Subscription based services are cancelled after 7 days of first problem resolution the amount deductible would be 99.99 plus 19.99 x number of months from subscription date.

NOTE : If the services included any software or hardware then the same can not be refunded and shall be charged at following rate:

You can get any secured or Managed support plan canceled anytime during the plan period by writing a mail to us at CARE@COTEQ.QUANTM.COM Our customer services representative will revert with the details of the refund within 2 working days with the details of the claimed refund. When you cancel any Secured or Managed plan, you get the refund for the months left in your plan to expire on pro-rata basis minus any administrative fee if applicable.
